Opening during Hong Kong art week,  THE COLLECTORS’ HUB presents The Law of Desire, a pop-up exhibition running from 23 to 28 March 2026.

LARRY'S LIST at Migas on March 23

In collaboration with Mandy Zhang Art, ARCH Gallery, A26, MIGAS and Visionaire China, the exhibition brings together an international group of artists whose works examine the role of color as a structuring force in contemporary visual culture.

Drawing on filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar’s use of saturated color to heighten emotional and narrative tension, the exhibition considers how color can amplify reality and transform images, objects, and environments into psychologically charged structures.

Participating artists include Alake Shilling, Austin Lee, Can Sun, Darren Romanelli, Dylan Doe, Emi Avora, Katja Farin, Le Qi, Michael Gao, Mengmeng Zhang, Silia Ka Tung, Siobhan McBride, Super Future Kid, Szabolcs Bozó, Was Lang, and Yu Xiao.

The Law of Desire takes place at AVALON located at 2/F of H Queen’s,  Hong Kong’s Central district. Home to several leading international galleries and cultural spaces, H Queen’s has become one of the city’s key destinations during art week.

AVALON is the annex of the new Mediterranean lifestyle restaurant and venue MIGAS. Having established itself as a dining and nightlife institution in Beijing for 16 years, MIGAS makes its Hong Kong debut at H Queen’s in Central. The space features a dining area, classic vermouth bar, outdoor terrace and an immersive music lounge.
