This Privacy Policy applies to all users of http://www.larryslist.com ('the Website') which is operated by Larry's List Limited ('Larry's List' 'we', 'us' and 'our').
Larry's List understands that you care about how information about you is used. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share information about users to our Website and subscribers to our online services and how you can manage the way information about you is handled. This Privacy Policy is governed by and observes the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the 'Ordinance').

Collection of Personal Information

We may ask users to the Website to provide personal information when subscribing to our online services. For individuals and authorised representatives of businesses, the data ('Personal Data') that we may ask you to supply includes, without limitation, your name, day and month of birth, gender, telephone number, fax number, email address, residential and/or business address and, where applicable, payment account details Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide certain categories of Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that you do not provide any Personal Data indicated as mandatory, we may not be able to provide you with our services. Visitors to the Website who are not subscribing to our online services may choose to submit their name, email address and/or other personal information to us but this is not mandatory. Larry's List may aggregate information in a form that does not allow users to be personally identified for the purpose of understanding our customer base and enhancing the services that we and our strategic partners and customers can provide you. We post customer testimonials on our Site which may contain the customer's name. We always get consent from the customer prior to posting any testimonial. We also collect information using cookies, as described below.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data and Business Data:

We do not sell Personal Data or Business Data to third parties. If you provide any Personal Data or Business Data to us, you are deemed to have authorised us to collect, retain and use personal information about you for the following purposes:
a.         providing you with customer service including but not limited to processing and effecting sales, orders, and refunds, providing you with a more personalised experience on our website and responding to your queries, feedback or claims;
b.         providing you with our promotional materials including but not limited to updates to our website and our newsletter.

You further agree that we may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) your Personal Data and Business Data to third party services providers engaged by us to assist with providing you with our services (including data entry, managing our customer database, processing, effecting and verifying sales, orders and refunds, contacting you regarding promotions and other customer service) and  securely disposing of your Personal Data and Business Data ('Third Party Service Providers').These Third Party Service Providers are under a duty of confidentiality to us and are only permitted to use your Personal Data and Business Data in connection with the purposes specified above and not for their own purposes (including direct marketing). When necessary we may also disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) your Personal Data and Business Data to our professional advisers, law enforcement agencies, insurers, government and regulatory and other organisations for purposes specified above. We may use your name, phone number, residential/other address, email address company name and company address  ('Marketing Data') to provide marketing materials to you relating to goods and services sold/offered via the Website and goods and services provided by our partners. Such goods and services shall include i) our e-newsletter, ii) information on art galleries, auctions, art data management and art data providers, and iii) special offers and promotions for art galleries, art dealers, art shows and art trade events  ('Marketing Materials'). Larry's List will not share Personal Data or Business Data that you submit when you register for our services with third parties for promotional uses unless you opt in to such sharing within your Larry's List account. We may share aggregate data that does not allow you to be identified with third parties for various purposes (including marketing and advertising), and may use this data in order to better understand your needs and to improve and adapt our products and services. Any Personal Data or Business Data supplied by you will be retained by us and will be accessible by our employees, any Third Party Service Providers engaged by us and third parties referred to above for or in relation to any of the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

How Can You Change or Delete Your Information?

If you register for a Larry's List account and your information changes, or if you no longer desire to use our service or receive our newsletter, you may update or delete your information at any time by logging in with your username and password and making the change. After we receive your unsubscribe request, we will send you an email message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

How Do We Keep Your Information Secure?

The security of your Personal Data and Business Data is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. Our Website contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Larry's List. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. If you follow those links we recommend that you carefully read the privacy policy of the linked sites before you disclose any personal information to them. This privacy statement applies only to information collected by this Site.

Advertising and Promotions

Larry's List may display targeted advertisements and other relevant information when you are using our Website Information that relates to specific advertising campaigns on Larry's List will be provided to advertisers only in an aggregate form, no personal information about the person who viewed an advertisement will be transferred. Some of our advertisements are served via third party ad-networks such as Google, in this case we do not provide the advertisers with any targeting information and the advertisements are served directly by the ad-network to you.

Children

The products and services of Larry's List are not targeted to, or intended for children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not submit information about yourself to Larry's List.

Removal of Information

We reserve the right to modify or remove any information on our Website at our discretion.
